George McAllister

Mr. George McAllister is the Chief Executive Officer, Owner and Founder of Mystic Spear LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business. After 22 years on Active Duty and another 20 in various government/contractor positions, we saw a need for a different kind of company founded on principles of openness, honesty, and integrity.
Mr. McAllister served in United States Air Force (USAF) for over 22 years. He was a USAF Special Operator for 12 years with many distinctions which cannot be published herein and then transitioned to Counter Terrorism/ Force Protection. His background in Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Weapons along with High Yield Explosives/Explosive Ordnance Disposal led to several high-level assignments and numerous joint operations.
Mr. McAllister also held many distinguished positions post military in government/contracting roles serving in a number if high visibility advisory/program manager roles for scientific and research and development programs:
Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Counter Remote Improvised Explosive Device Detection. Role: Advisor and Technology Evaluator.
U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Center. Role: Program Manager for multiple classified (TS/SAP) RDT&E contracts.
Joint UXO Center of Excellence. Role: Advisor on Electromagnetic Detection and Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation to Ordnance (HERO).
U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Center. Role: Program Manager for the Critical Information Protection Center. This center developed advanced logic models based on 63 terrorist scenarios developed by Mr. McAllister’s team.
United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Role: Program Manager for several classified Network and Satellite RDT&E programs.
Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Indiana, Center for Ballistics Excellence. Role: Senior Advisor on Ordnance and Ballistics.
Mr. McAllister holds a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University. Mr. McAllister is also a graduate of the University of Maryland Fire Academy, having served in the Fork District Fire Department specializing in high-risk rescue operations and wild-land firefighting.
