Todd Allison is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Mystic Spear. With 28 years of experience across the defense, intelligence, commercial, and financial sectors, he brings a wealth of expertise in navigating the intersection of complex engineering requirements and customer focused outcomes.
Mr. Allison has spent nearly three decades leading system and software design, program management, and information security. His career is defined by technical precision and a proven ability to bridge the gap between sophisticated concepts and enterprise-wide deployment. He has worked directly with defense and intelligence customers to deliver mission-critical solutions, supported by a diverse background spanning software and systems engineering, IT, and cybersecurity.
Mr. Allison has held numerous distinguished positions, serving in high-visibility advisory and engineering roles for major programs:
Strategic Integration: Led major systems integration and acquisition efforts valued at up to $20M for defense and commercial stakeholders.
Enterprise Software & Systems Engineering: Senior Technical Lead for the design and deployment of full-lifecycle solutions, transitioning complex concepts into mission-ready enterprise environments.
Cybersecurity & Information Security: Lead for critical infrastructure, specializing in Zero Trust Architecture and audits in the financial and intelligence sectors.
Intelligence & Defense Solutions: Provided direct technical support to national security customers for the development of specialized software architectures.
Mr. Allison holds a Master of Engineering Management from Robert Morris University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, backed by a suite of industry-standard technical certifications. As an Eagle Scout, Mr. Allison is a dedicated public servant who currently serves as a School Board Director for the Forest Hills School District, where he applies his leadership skills to support the next generation of innovators.
